What is Vollure™?
Vollure™ is the newest addition to the family of Juvéderm® skin enhancement fillers. This product is FDA-approved to treat moderate to severe lines and wrinkles in the skin. At Seaside Aesthetics, we recommend this dermal filler to patients looking to reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds or parenthesis lines.
How Does Vollure™ Differ From Other Juvéderm® Fillers?
The extensive family of Juvéderm® products allows patients to target various areas of concern and correct them with specially formulated products that use naturally-occurring ingredients. While some of their fillers are recommended for improving lost volume in the lips or skin, the original Juvéderm® XC and Juvéderm Vollure™ products are FDA-approved in the treatment of fine lines in the skin. All their products employ the use of hyaluronic acid to help promote the natural production of collagen in the skin, and added lidocaine helps to numb the injection site ensuring a relatively pain-free experience. Juvéderm® Vollure™ is the newest addition and offers patients correction for nasolabial folds for up to 18 months.
