Fillers & Injectables
Tired of seeing wrinkles and deep lines in your face? Injectable treatments at Seaside Aesthetics in Marblehead can help you look and feel more youthful.
What are Dermal Fillers and Injectables?
Dermal fillers and injectables are non-surgical cosmetic enhancement treatments most commonly known for their anti-aging properties. Most commonly, these types of procedures are used to help reduce or correct fine lines, wrinkles, folds, thinning lips, sagging skin, and lost volume throughout the face. We work closely with each patient to understand what their beauty goals are and what is the best way to achieve them. To help deliver a personalized experience to every patient, we carry a wide variety of injectable products that can help treat a range of cosmetic concerns.
What Injectable Products Do You Offer?
At Seaside Aesthetics, we carry different products, including some of the more commonly known brand names, such as Botox or Juvéderm®, and newer options that can help lift, sculpt, or recontour your face. We offer the following dermal fillers and injectables at our practice:
Botox® The leading cosmetic injectable treatment on the market, Botox is popular for its powerful muscle-freezing neurotoxins that help to reduce visible wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming.
Revance The latest advancement in Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers. RHA filler smooths wrinkles by rebuilding lost volume in your tissues. This means that you will still have the same, animated facial expressions, but with lines smoothed out and folds made gentler and more youthful.
RHA2® Highly resilient, stretchy formula that is ideal for moderate wrinkles, and providing volume in lips.
RH3®: Equal parts resilient and strong, meaning that it has a thicker formula for building up volume to smooth more severe wrinkles. Great for mid-face region, such as nasolabia folds or tear troughs.
RHA 4® The strongest formula with the least amount of stretch. It is specifically formulated to be injected deep into the skin for smoothing deep folds and rebuilding significant lost volume. Perfect for restoring lost volume in upper face area, such as cheeks.
RHA Redensity The first FDA approved dermal filler to treat lip lines. The newest in our lineup of dermal fillers.
Juvéderm® Instantly smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles.
Kybella® Reduce the appearance of the dreaded “double chin” for good with this powerful gel injectable.
Voluma® This incredible gel uses lidocaine in its solution to help deliver a painless procedure and restore lost volume in the cheeks.
Vollure™ Reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds or parenthesis lines.
Liquid Facelift: As the name suggests, the procedure works to give you the dramatic effect of a facelift without ever making an incision.
The Benefits of Injectable Fillers
Non-invasive treatments like injectable dermal fillers are becoming increasingly popular across patients of all ages. In addition to providing fast, easy, and virtually painless skin-enhancing and age-reversing treatments, dermal injections can help to reduce the appearance of:
Wrinkles, fine lines, or creases
Crow’s feet, laugh lines or marionette lines, and glandular lines
Dimples, grooves, or uneven skin
Sagging, drooping, or sunken skin
Thin lips or gummy smile
Lost volume around the cheeks, under the eyes, and around the jaw
Wrinkles and sagging skin around the neck, chest or décolleté
Who Can Receive Injectables?
Ideal candidates for medical aesthetic treatments like dermal fillers and injectables include men and women over the age of 21 that wish to reduce, prevent, or deter the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, or similar blemishes in their face or skin. We offer three main categories, including non-invasive facelift treatments, dermal fillers, and neurotoxin injectables. Each procedure offers incredible results that are carefully tailored to meet your unique goals. Just about anyone can receive dermal injections, as long as they are in good general health!
Before, After, and During the Procedure
Before receiving treatments like Botox® or dermal fillers, Seaside Aesthetics always recommends avoiding NSAIDS like aspirin or ibuprofen for at least a week leading up to your appointment. Also, loading up on leafy greens to increase your intake of Vitamin K can reduce bruising in the skin. The procedure itself usually takes no more than one hour, depending on how many units or the type of service you are receiving.
Injectables and dermal fillers are usually administered with a micro-needle, which injects the solution directly into the skin in strategically marked spots around the target area. Other non-surgical injectable treatments may use a tool called a cannula, which is similar to a thin needle.
Most patients can return to their regular activities immediately after leaving our office. Although some procedures may have instant results, others can take up to a week to fully reveal. During a consultation at our facility, one of our expert aestheticians will gladly review everything you need to know before receiving treatment.
What Do Dermal Fillers & Injectables Cost in Marblehead?
The cost of cosmetic injections varies for each patient, depending on treatment and the patient’s unique goals. The amount of product, type of procedure, and extent of treatment will impact the final value of your medical spa experience. As with most cosmetic treatments, this is considered an elective procedure and may not be covered by your insurance.
